Nick Babiak provides a unified approach to critical power, cooling, and service solutions. With over 15 years of experience in data center construction and renovations, Nick is up any challenge you may have.

Nick joined DVL in 2010 and is a graduate of Drexel University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering and a minor in Construction Management.

Cole Bevan is a Sales Engineer for DVL, providing mission critical thermal management, power distribution, and on-site generation solutions. As a Sales Engineer, Cole specializes in switchgear modernizations including both new and field-upgrades of PLC automated controls, breaker retrofits, and power meter replacements. Cole also provides managed site services, including planned maintenance and 7x24x365 emergency response, of critical facilities such as data centers, utilities, manufacturing, and more.

Cole received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University before joining the DVL team in 2012.

 

Sean is DVL’s resident expert in setting you up with end-to-end power systems, as well as integrated service solutions for critical facilities. You can have confidence in what he tells you – he’s been in the industry for more than 25 years.

Sean is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He’s been involved in a wide variety of companies, including SPD Technologies (L3 Communications), Silicon Power, IEM and Square D.

With more than 35 years of experience in the mission-critical data center industry, Steve has led the design, sale, project management, and long-term operation of large, complex data center campuses supporting enterprise and government organizations across software, retail, insurance, aviation, and public sector markets.

His core expertise includes redundant power system architecture, campus-wide SCADA and monitoring platforms, automated switchgear and controls, and risk-mitigated maintenance and operations planning for always-on facilities. He focuses on delivering resilient and maintainable infrastructure that balances availability, cost, and operational risk.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. His background enables him to bridge the gap between engineering and executive decision-making.

Gary has been helping companies over the past 30 years apply and engineer complex electrical systems – especially when it comes to making sure they’re reliable, maintainable, and flexible. With more than 34 years of engineering sales experience, he’s a great asset to have on your side.

Gary’s career started with ASCO in 1985, where he worked until joining DVL in 1997. He’s an NJIT graduate with an Engineering degree

Bill is a graduate of Drexel University with over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry with projects ranging in size from large chilled water central plants to network closet cooling. He previously worked at York International Corp for 10 years before joining DVL in 2006.

Jill has been at DVL since 2010, first working in the Service Department and now in the Air Department as Sales Operations Manager. She is a graduate of McMaster University and has many years of experience in customer service and project coordination.

Helene began work in the construction industry in 2001 and has been with DVL since 2015. She has more than a decade of experience with OSHA 1910 General Industry and OSHA 1926 Construction Industry Standards, and is OSHA 30 hour certified. In addition, she served on the Safety Board of the Mechanical & Service Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania and was a long-standing member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Helene is a graduate of Temple University College of Science and Technology with a degree in physics and a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

Dan provides you with a customized service program for your Liebert HVAC, power and monitoring equipment. His recommendations are backed by over 20 years of engineering experience.

Dan holds two degrees: A BSME from the University of Florida, and one from the Wharton Management Program from the Wharton School. Previously, Dan worked with Johnson Controls, HYL and United Technology/Carrier Corp.

Justin joined our team in 2023. He is responsible for managing stock levels and sales of thermal and cooling parts, and overall warehouse management of all five DVL offices. Justin has more than 13 years experience in warehousing and logistics management.

Matthew Morabito is a Sales Engineer at DVL. He is responsible for sales and support of the entire DVL Group product portfolio. Matthew joined DVL as a graduate of Drexel University’s Architectural Engineering program. While at Drexel he co-oped with several MEP consulting firms in their mechanical department. He is currently an Engineer in Training (EIT) planning to be become a licensed professional engineer.

Sean Murphy is a Critical Systems Manager at DVL. He is responsible for sales and support of the entire DVL Group product and service portfolio. Sean specializes in providing complete solutions for Data Center, MDF, and IDF locations to ensure 7x24 uptime at critical IT locations. Prior to joining DVL, Sean worked for eight years as a project manager for Gilbane Building Company and URS Engineering. Sean is a graduate of Bucknell University’s Civil Engineering program, and has more than 15 years of experience developing and implanting equipment and turn-key solutions for customers throughout the Delaware Valley.

Erica is the departmental liaison for DVL’s outside Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Switchgear Controls Engineers, Field Technicians, and manufacturers that DVL represents. As the Director of Power Projects, she works with many people and customers to ensure that projects and services run smoothly. Erica has more than 13 years of experience in the industry and now manages the Power Sales Department at DVL’s headquarters. She holds a Bachelors degree from Temple University. During her time at DVL, she also obtained an MBA in finance from LaSalle University.

Jamie leads DVL's Construction Management Division. For a decade, Jamie has been responsible for design, execution, and turnover of DVL’s Design Build Portfolio, specializing in areas surrounding the data center envelope. Jamie’s onsite presence allows for a direct line of communication with the customer to ensure all needs are met. A graduate of the Catholic University of America with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Jamie’s experience, coupled with technical knowledge, has allowed for projects to be completed on time and under budget while working along side contractors and professional engineers. Ranging from complete design build services for data center fit outs to specialized server room infrastructure, DVL's Construction Management Division will be sure to meet your needs.
