Before DVL ventured out west in 2018, we were a company that was solely located in Pennsylvania. Since DVL’s founding in 1985, our headquarters have been in Bristol, just outside of Philadelphia. Then, in 2003, we welcomed a second office and expanded from the Greater Philadelphia area to the Harrisburg/Hershey region when we acquired Total Support Systems (TSS), a company located in the Keystone State’s capital.
Ever since, we've brought our experience to Central and Northeast Pennsylvania, as we’ve also increased our team, our products, and our services, as we now provide a robust suite of solutions across the entire area. We’ve grown so much, that we recently had to relocate into a larger space more amenable to the volume of infrastructure needs throughout the region.
Our new Harrisburg office is easily accessible from I-81 at 6360 Flank Drive, Suite 300, Harrisburg, PA 17112. From here, we’re able to fulfil more of our customers’ needs with additional warehouse space for carrying more available inventory, along with additional meeting spaces for strategic engineering conversations.
OUR SERVICES
Our Harrisburg service team not only has an immense background in the field of precision cooling, but they also regularly reinforce their expertise with both DVL and Vertiv certification programs, including a rigorous multi-year training program, which has online, virtual, and instructor-led components.
In 2023 alone, this team of experts responded to almost 500 service calls in support of business-critical operations. More than half of our efforts in Harrisburg was in support of Preventative Maintenance programs to ensure our customers' smooth operations. In addition, we also served on many jobs that comprised of start-ups, warranty repairs, and unscheduled equipment needs.

For decades, Starline's suite of power distribution products has provided industrial, retail, laboratory, and mission critical facilities with the most flexible, reliable, and customizable power distribution systems on the market today.
DVL also provides a robust variety of electrical control systems, built from our own UL Certified manufacturing facility out of our Bristol, PA headquarters in the Philadelphia metro area. These systems begin with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), but equally include protective relays and power quality devices.
