DVL Adds Member to Board of Directors
Bristol, Pa. — June 22, 2023 — DVL Group welcomes Robert Jameison, a retired Mission Critical Digital Infrastructure advisor, to its Board of Directors. Jameison joins fellow Board Members, Randy Bishop, Dave Cooper, Robert Gusciora, and Gary Hill.
While spending the majority of his career with Vertiv, Jameison also previously worked for Johnson Controls. In 2022, he retired from Vertiv in his most prominent position attained at the company, VP of Service for North America. Jameison brings to this new role his extensive knowledge of the Power/HVAC Industry, as well as his strong financial acumen.
Jameison’s professional background is similar to that of Cooper’s, a past owner of a multi-line representative office in Des Moines, Iowa, that included Vertiv. He is a visionary leader with experience growing a company and the associated challenges that accompany growth. Randy Bishop, differs in that he comes from the ESOP community. He is a former CFO and has been on the boards of ESOP companies for more than 21 years. Bishop is an ESOP and financial expert, rounding out the highly qualified team. Each of the gentlemen bring their unique experiences and backgrounds to lead DVL towards further success as a leading product sales and solution expert for critical environments.
