Pennsylvania-Based DVL Group Adds Sixth Office, Its Fourth on the Western Half of the Continental US

Bristol, Pa. — April 9, 2025 — DVL Group, Inc., an employee owned data center solutions company, has acquired the Boise, Idaho-based data center solutions company, Computer Support Systems. With this acquisition, DVL, which is based out of the Philadelphia metro area, adds southern Idaho and eastern Oregon to their territory, where they will now be the official manufacturers’ representative for Vertiv products, which they had already been selling in 11 other states across the country.

Founded in Bristol, Pa. in 1985, DVL added its second office, in Harrisburg, Pa. in 2003. Then, in 2018, DVL moved westward through an acquisition, as offices in Denver, Colo. and Albuquerque, N.M. were added. The following year, a Salt Lake City, Utah office was established in the same manner.

Gary Hill, DVL’s CEO, who has helmed all four western additions, is eager to start doing business in Idaho. “I am excited about this because the growth of data centers is unprecedented, and Idaho is one of the fastest growing states in the country [for data centers], as the availability of land, power and fiber access, make it a desirable location,” he notes.
