To Our Customers:

Thank you for being a customer of DVL! We would like to share with you the steps we are taking to serve you and protect our associates during this COVID-19 pandemic.

DVL is open for business. Our service and parts departments are open and capable of supporting you. While our internal operations staff are working remote, each can respond to your requests and dispatch service and support personnel as required.

Our Parts Department is open. We are staffed and will remain so during our normal business hours. Customers may continue to pick up parts from any of our offices should you wish, or we can easily arrange for shipment to your location. If you have pre-ordered your parts, we will have dedicated pickup shelves where you just need to sign the content document and be on your way.

Our Thermal Services Department is operating normally. We remain staffed and equipped to support you. If you have a preventative maintenance visit upcoming that you would like to reschedule, please notify your DVL contact and we will gladly assist you. Our emergency support either provided in-person, or digitally remains staffed and resourced.

Our Strategic Account Services Engineers are on site. We have no plans to alter our schedules at your site unless directed to. Our engineers are carrying on ‘business-as-usual’.

DVL is committed to providing you with the support you expect. We are taking the precautions recommended by the CDC, including social distancing, frequent hand washing and requiring any associate with COVID-19 symptoms to stay at home.

In the interest of full transparency, we would appreciate advanced communication from you should your facility be compromised.
