DVL Customer Survey Results2.png

In spring 2017, we surveyed over 2,000 customers and professional partners including engineers, contractors, and business owners, in order to find out how we can better meet their needs. The purpose of the survey was to have customers rate DVL’s performance and the level of service they provide. As part of the survey, customers were asked to indicate if they completely agreed, somewhat agreed, neither agreed nor disagreed, somewhat disagree, or completely disagreed with statements presented to them.

  • When presented with the statement, “I would recommend DVL to other companies,” 95% of the respondents agreed. (80 % Completely agreed, 15% Somewhat agreed)

  • When presented with the statement, “the support DVL gives me meets my expectations,” 93% of the respondents agreed. (81% Completely agreed, 12% Somewhat agreed)

  • When presented with the statement, “DVL responds in a timely manner,” 92% of the respondents agreed. (76% Completely agreed, 16% Somewhat agreed)

  • When presented with the statement, “the DVL Contact assigned to my company meets my expectations,” 91% of the respondents agreed. (80% Completely agreed, 11% Somewhat agreed)

  • When presented with the statement, “I am completely satisfied with the quality and the speed delivered by DVL,” 90% of the respondents agreed. (74% Completely agreed, 16% Somewhat agreed)
