Bob and his team of engineers take your challenge of wanting high reliability, maintainability, and flexibility – all while minimizing low first costs – and meet it head on. He’s a power sales engineer with over 20 years of experience in evaluating, designing, and commissioning critical electrical systems for data centers, office buildings, and industrial facilities.
Bob is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania, and a Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate with a BSME degree. Prior to joining DVL in 1990, he worked at ASCO.
John A. DeFlores, Vice President, Strategic Account Services
John is a leading expert in critical systems integration, and he puts that knowledge to use in providing clients like you with management of a crack integrated service team. He’s been in the industry over 35 years, and along the way, he’s formed relationships with some of the country’s leading engineering firms.
John has been with DVL since 1985, but before then, he was on duty at ASCO and Solar Turbines, Inc. He’s a Kean College graduate with a degree in industrial technology and engineering.
Gary Halliwell, Sales Manager - Pennsylvania
Gary helps you tackle the tricky application of electrical control products and systems – especially when it comes to make sure they’re reliable, maintainable, and flexible. With over 15 years of engineering sales experience, he’s a great asset to have on your side.
Gary’s career started with ASCO, where he worked until joining DVL in 1997. He’s an NJIT graduate with a BSME degree.
Steve Graham, Sales Manager - Central New Jersey & Philadelphia
Steve joins our panel of experts with almost 20 years of experience in helping companies like yours get electrical control products with the reliability, maintainability, and flexibility you need.
Steve has an MBA from Temple University, plus a BA degree in Engineering from Lafayette College. Previously, he worked for both ASCO and Cummins/Onan, joining DVL in 1998.
John Yacina, Sales Manager - Bucks County, PA and Southern NJ
John is another person at DVL who really gets electrical control products – and he’ll help you understand them, too. He has over 13 years of experience in ensuring your system’s maximum reliability, maintainability and flexibility.
Before becoming a DVL team member in 1999, John got experience at GE Aerospace, the Kling Partnership, ASCO, and Caterpillar's Ransome Engine. He’s a Penn State graduate, with a BSME and EET degree.
Bob Ricci, Sales Manager - Greater Philadelphia
Bob has 20 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting critical power systems, and that history gives him an edge in offering those systems to companies like yours.
Bob spent 10 years at General Electric before coming to DVL, and during that time, he trained and practiced as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He hails from Massachusetts, and has an engineering degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, as well as an MBA from the University of Dallas specializing in information systems.
Sean Delaney, Sales Manager - Mercer County, NJ, and Philadelphia
Sean is DVL’s resident expert in setting you up with end-to-end power systems, as well as integrated service solutions for critical facilities. You can have confidence in what he tells you – he’s been in the industry for over 15 years.
Sean is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in electrical engineering. He’s been involved in a wide variety of companies, including SPD Technologies (L3 Communications), Silicon Power, IEM, and Square D.
